Many documents in our everyday life have complicated legal jargon which is hard to grasp. Getting your documents reviewed before you sign them will make sure that the content is exactly what you agreed upon. Documents that we can review include, but are not limited to, agreements of purchase and sale, status certificates, commercial lease agreements and other business contracts.
Once you have the documents to be reviewed ready, you can start looking for a lawyer to retain for document review. During our onboarding meeting, we discuss every step of the deal to ensure that everything is completed up to your standard.
Upon completion of the review, we will meet with you to discuss our findings. Should any corrections be required, we will request them from the party who prepared the document.
Additionally, if you require any documents to be notarized, we are able to offer you that service as well. Simply get in touch with us to discuss the number of documents to be notarized for an accurate quote.

Yes, we can amend the existing document with proposed changes, if required. However, please make sure to mention that during our onboarding or review meeting as it may affect the pricing.
The review timeline depends on the document to be reviewed. It may take us a few hours or a few days. Be sure to explain the amount of work that you require to be completed before we commence the process.
